What to do
The Loan officer will need some items a.s.a.p. to begin processing your accepted offer.
The sooner these are taken care of the better - recall, you have an agreement to keep.
Take the accepted purchase offer to the lender with all the items needed to complete formal application.
The lender will begin processing. You will need to have the lender order an appraisel.
You will need to complete any other inspections right away before the appraisel.
The lender will submit the items as a package for "underwriting". The final package will go to the title company.
The title company will complete processing and set a closing date. Your lender and the title company will
tell you what to bring to closing as a final cost.
